Whether it's your first time at Rally Haus or your first time picking up a racquet, here's everything you need to know before stepping on court.
Most people do. Rally Haus is designed to help people meet through tennis, so you never need to bring a partner or group to join.
Absolutely. You're welcome to register together, or come on your own. Many players meet new partners and friends through Rally Haus clinics and events.
Rally Haus offers clinics for a variety of skill levels — from beginners learning the basics to experienced players looking to sharpen their game. Each clinic includes a recommended level, and if you're unsure where you fit, just reach out.
Absolutely. Whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time or getting back into tennis after years away, there's a clinic designed for your level.
Clinics are limited to 7 players so everyone receives individual coaching and personalized feedback.
Yes. Because clinics and private lessons are held at the Austin JCC, an active membership is required to participate.
Pick a clinic or private lesson, choose your date, and fill out a short form right on the site — no account or app required. You'll get an email confirmation right away.
Each clinic page displays current availability to help you find an open spot.
You can join the waitlist right from that clinic's page. If a spot opens up, Aaron will personally reach out.
Visit Manage Your Booking, enter the email you registered with, and choose the session you'd like to cancel.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before your session if you can't make it. If something unexpected comes up within 12 hours, please reach out — late cancellations are reviewed individually and may be subject to the full clinic fee.
If weather affects a clinic, you'll be notified by email or text as soon as possible. If a clinic is cancelled for weather or unsafe court conditions, you won't be charged.
All clinics and private lessons are billed through your Austin JCC member account. Rally Haus doesn't process payments directly through the website.
Private lessons begin with a request rather than instant booking. Choose your lesson type and preferred time, and Aaron will confirm availability within one to two business days. Don't see a time that works? You're welcome to suggest another day or time in the notes section of your request.
Whether you're looking for one-on-one coaching, training with a friend, or improving alongside a small group, there's a lesson format designed to fit your goals.
Bring your racquet, water, and comfortable tennis shoes. We'll take care of the rest.
Plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes before your session so you have time to check in and warm up.
If another lesson or clinic is in progress when you arrive, please wait outside the court until the current session has finished before entering. Thanks for helping create a great experience for everyone.
Every session includes instruction, drills, match play, and personalized coaching in a welcoming, small-group environment.
You'll leave with new skills, greater confidence, and hopefully a few new tennis friends.
Rally Haus is more than a place to take tennis lessons. It's a community built around small-group coaching, genuine connections, and a shared love of the game. Whether you're here to improve your tennis, meet new people, or simply enjoy being on court, our goal is to make tennis one of the best parts of your week.
